| Greetings and Salutations to one and all, I know that no one reads these anymore. Isn't that something how it works. First there was geocities or geocites then xanga then myspace and now facebook. Everyone just leaves the old and onto the new. What will be next? I think we should all stick to something and stay in touch. It is Christmas eve and I am enjoying a rare moment - off from work and time to sit and contemplate. Both of my son's have a facebook and I created on just so I could keep in touch a little more with them but of course that is weird and It embarasses them because facebook is for teens not the adults. That is what they said about Xanga until all the Adults joined and then Myspace and now I am a pioneer of the facebook croud! They will all soon be adults too and then what? | | |
| Greetings and Salutations friends,
My oldest son Robby had a soccer game at the Soccer Zone last night- remember Robby had surgery to repair a torn ACL just 5 months ago. He stuck to his intense physical therapy and now he is back! Robby scored 5 goals!!! That is correct 5 goals and he also assisted a few! He scored more goals than the the other team and more than half of his teams goals. He is back! Thank God for a quick recovery! Robby still has a couple of no less than 4 colleges actively courting him but we haven't heard the specific scholarship amounts yet. He is going to visit a college on the 24th this month. Hoping for a scholarship for him, a full ride would be fair with his talent , determination and ability! visit me on myspace http://www.myspace.com/soccer_official Have a great day! Mr. G.
| Dr. Smiley Blanton left college with no intention of being a psychiatrist. He spent three years in drama school, then taught at Cornell University. But two years into teaching, he knew he really wanted to be a doctor. The decision to change careers was not easy. Blanton would be well into his 30s before he began to practice—and not established until his 40s. His friends counseled against it, but he went ahead. Dr. Blanton never regretted the risk of taking a new path. What’s more, in his practice, he met many people fearful of change. From experience, he could tell them that the desire to change also unleashes the power and courage to act . . . in the high calling of our daily work. May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed. We will shout for joy when you are victorious and will lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the LORD grant all your requests.

| Here is a picture of sweet pretty Jenna smiling as she looks out over the main drag of Clearwater Beach and the sunsetting in the Gulf of Mexico. She was online last night putting together a plan for our next vacation. Robby has been talking about going to Mexico with a group of seniors for spring break , I don't know how he expects that to be paid for?? Mr. Matt will need help with a car this summer so , his vacation fund will go towards that so it may just be the two of us hmm...cruise the Bahamas?
Max the puppy goes in today to get fixed : ( he is not allowed to eat this morning. I feel bad for the lil puppy, I would rather keep him whole and let him be a stud. Second generation goldendoodles are bringing a good price! Jen is going to bring him this morning. Hopefully the vet will handle him with care. He is looking at me with those puppy dog eyes wondering why I am not filling his bowl with food this morning. This is an old picture of him. He is around 38lbs now , probably 3 times this size. Robby has been released by his doctor to play soccer again just four months after having surgery to repair his torn ACL!! Did I already mention this? Anyway. Hang in there Robbyroo you will soon be playing at full strength!! I can't wait to see you playing forward on the college team of your choice. I am hoping that will be Davenport so we can keep you close to home and help you make good decisions.
Robby is being pursued by Cienna State University and a couple other colleges. He is going to stay at Cienna State in a week for a couple of days. They are having a team building weekend and they want him to come over and bond with them. He has also been getting calls from Cornerstone's soccer coach and others. Have to run for now. Early start. Have a great day! Mr. G.
